Placing Orders

What is the benefit of ordering online?

Ordering online gives you the ability to order 24/7, with full access to pricing, stock status and shipping rates. Online invoices will be stored in your account making it easier than ever to reorder your supplies and track finances during tax season.

What if I have printed and unprinted items in my cart?

Don’t worry about it! Unless you tell us otherwise, we automatically split orders with printed bags so you can get your other items ASAP.

When will my order ship?

All items that are in-stock and unprinted will almost always ship same-day as long as it is placed prior to 4pm est. As soon as you order ships, you will receive an email notification. In the email there is a UPS tracking number where you can follow your package(s) every step of the way. Please note: we do not have additional information regarding your shipments. All of the information can be found in your inbox. You will even get an email when it has been delivered!

How does the subscription service work?

Before adding the garment bags to your cart, you have the choice to purchase one time or subscribe. When you choose to subscribe, a drop down menu will appear where you have the opportunity to select your order frequency. Please note: this does not indicate the delivery date. The frequency you select is the date your order will be placed. Unprinted bags will ship on that date (or Monday if you order over the weekend), and all printed bags will ship based on our current lead time.

Logo Printing

What if my store has more than one logo?

On the product page under ‘print color,’ there is an option to select ‘existing logo’ and below that you have the opportunity to specify which plate you want to use for that order.

Can I change my print color?

Yes! You can change the color of your logo at any time. Please note that our garment bags are sold by the dozen though. All bags (12) in each dozen must have the same color,  but you can order 1 dozen pink bags with white print and 1 dozen pink bags with black print, etc.

What is the lead time for printed garment bags?

Printed garment bags generally ship within a week. Peak season is typically January-April where we may experience longer lead times which will be shown on the website.

How big can my logo be?

Our in-house hot-stamping machinery prints logos on 4″ x 6″ steel plates. *If you are interested in fully customizing garment bags, check out our Create-Your-Own Garment Bags page.

What products can I put my logo on?

All of our garment bags, both breathable AND vinyl, can be printed on. The only exception are our headpiece bags (Style: HDPC).

How can I order unprinted garment bags?

On the product page under ‘print color’ there is an option to select ‘no logo print color’.

Managing Your Account

Why is the website not recognizing my email?

Long time customer? We appreciate you! You do need an online account though, as it’s separate from (but still connected to) the account you’ve always had.

How can I create an account?

Creating an account is a super easy and speedy process.  Hover over ‘Contact Us’ at the top of your screen, click ‘Account Application’ and fill out the required information. Because we are strictly a wholesale company, you need to have access to our site to use all of its features. Providing us with your information allows us to verify that you are a retail business and not an individual consumer. During business hours, your account will be approved within an hour and you will be sent an email with instructions to set up a password.

Why can't I see my order history?

You will only be able to see the history of previous orders placed online. You will not be able to see past orders placed via phone or email. If you want to make sure you are getting a product you have previously ordered, feel free to shoot us an email or give us a call so we can help you.
